Homelab Hero · No. 009: your result

Second-best call. 40 Hero Points.

The house is back online in about two minutes, and for tonight that is real — it earns the partial credit. But your local names and filtering stay broken, the quick fix quietly becomes the permanent one, and the dead DNS VM is still waiting for you on a worse night.

The lesson: A public resolver is a bridge, not a repair. Cross it, then fix what made you need it.
